Richard started at Anderman in 2022 joining the company as a Technical and Commercial Engineer. His experience and expertise is focussed on technical product development, particularly regarding topics of material selection and development. Prior to joining Anderman, Richard spent 5 years working as an engineer within the automotive industry, focussing on many different aspects of product development.

Gary started at Anderman & Company in April 2009, joining the company as Area Sales Manager. Since taking on the role he has been instrumental in driving the growth of the US business, achieving a fivefold increase since 2018, while aligning the UK and US business units in their commercial strategy. His global role provides the opportunity to travel extensively, engaging with customers and supporting manufacturing partners around the world.

Ashley started at Anderman & Company in 2013, joining the company as a commercial account manager for the United States, Canada and South America. Ashley came to Anderman with an extensive background in account management and customer experience and continues to focus on these areas, engaging with hundreds of customers throughout the Americas to ensure they have the ceramics necessary to keep their businesses growing.
