Dr. John Verrier
Dr. Verrier has been Chief Executive Officer since January 2008 when he acquired the company with a USA based partner. From July 1999 to December 2007 he was a member of the board with Anderman & Company whilst running the Ceramics business in the company, becoming Managing Director in December 2001.

Dr Verrier has held positions of increasing responsibility since joining the Company in 1991 in a technical sales role. Prior to joining Anderman he held positions in product and process development of ceramic materials with Unitec Ceramics, UK. He holds a doctorate in Chemical Engineering(Birmingham University, UK) and degree in Minerals Processing (University College Cardiff, UK) as well as an MBA from Aston Business School, UK.

He has served as Chairman of the Vermont Discover Jazz Festival, President and Member of the Board of Directors of the Ethan Allen Club, and as Treasurer of the Episcopal Diocese of Vermont. He recently completed two terms as Trustee of the Dioceses of Vermont, and has also served on the Board of Trustees of Rock Point School.
Richard Feeser
Richard Feeser attended and graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and received his Bachelors Degree in Ceramic Engineering.
Richard started his employment career in 1973 at Locke Insulator until he was hired by Superior Technical Ceramics, where in 2009 he became President.
